NACHOS 
4 tortillas
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. fried beans
2 jalapeno chilies
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cut tortillas in quarters. Fry in hot oil. Spread each quarter with refried beans. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Add thinly sliced jalapeno chilies. Broil until cheese melts and turns golden brown.
