SAVANNAH'S NACHOS #1 
1 fresh tomato
1 med. onion
3 jalapeno peppers
1 block Velveeta cheese
A little milk (optional)
Corn tortillas
Cooking oil

Chop vegetables real fine. Heat cooking oil. Cut tortillas in fourths and deep fry and drain. After draining, place chips in domino position. Spread desired amount of cheese on tops. Melt in microwave or conventional oven for a few minutes. Take out and top with vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
