GINGERBREAD COOKIES 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
Butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well. Give your child a small ball to roll or mold. Place cookies on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. This dough is easy to work with!
