BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 lb. macaroni 1/2 lb. cottage cheese 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 lb. American cheese 1/2 c. milk (or to desired consistency) 1/8 lb. butter 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper (or to taste) Add macaroni and salt to 12 cups of boiling water. Stir. Boil rapidly for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and add butter. Prepare other ingredients; add and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Leave a little cheese for top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. |
