PENNE QUATTRO FORMAGGI 
400 grams penne or ziti
50 grams Parmesan, grated
50 grams Swiss cheese, cut into sm. pieces
50 grams fontina cheese, cut into sm. pieces
50 grams gouda, cut into sm. pieces
2 c. heavy cream and 3/4 tsp. cornstarch, heat until thick
100 grams butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta al dente, drain. While pasta is cooking, mix all cheese, cream, butter, salt, and pepper in bowl. Toss hot pasta with cheese mixture and serve.
