CORN BREAD SALAD | |
1 (9 x 9-inch) pan baked corn bread 1 can light red kidney beans 1 can whole corn green bell peppers tomatoes onions bacon bits salsa shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing 1 c. sour cream Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crumble corn bread for the first layer. Add beans, corn, diced peppers, diced tomatoes and diced onion. Sprinkle bacon bits over this. Spread a layer of salsa (hot, medium or mild) over layers. Mix Ranch dressing with sour cream and layer over salsa. Top with cheese and bacon bits. |
