PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. fresh pumpkin (can use can)
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice or pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream all together. Add nuts. Bake in greased, floured loaf pan. Makes 3. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Can use 1 pound coffee can for like at Christmas.
