"ROBERT REDFORD" 
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 stick butter
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (dark and sweet)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. milk

Melt butter, mix with flour and chopped nuts, press into bottom of 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees, cool.

Mix 2 packages of pudding, following package directions except use 3 cups milk total.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and half the Cool Whip; cream cheese should be softened.

Pour the cream cheese filling onto crust. Layer pudding next. Top with rest of Cool Whip and more chopped nuts.
