CORNED BEEF OVEN OMELET 
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
3 oz. thinly sliced corned beef (tear into pieces)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. instant minced onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Add corned beef pieces. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until the omelet is set and the top is golden brown. 4 to 6 servings.
