HOT CRAB DIP 
1 lb. imitation crab meat
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 shakes of garlic powder
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together except 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Place in 2 quart casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven.
