FAST & EASY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can well drained crushed pineapple
Approx. 16 crushed graham crackers
4-5 tbsp. butter

Mix butter and graham crackers in medium size bowl. Press mixture into 8 inch square baking dish to form crust. Bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

In large bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar. In separate bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture. Fold in drained pineapple. Pour into crust. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
