1/2 c. stuffing mix (any flavor you desire)
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. onion, sliced
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano

Place stuffing mix in buttered pan. Combine seasonings and pour 1/2 over stuffing mix; layer onion, layer cheese. Repeat above. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
