BUTTERNUT SQUASH 
Butternut squash
1 egg
Orange marmalade
Sugar
Slivered pecans or buttered bread crumbs (optional)

Cook squash as usual and mash, salted. Add 1 egg, beaten, 3 tablespoons orange marmalade, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Put pecans or buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
