NUT GOODIE BARS | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. maple flavoring 1 c. butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. vanilla pudding (not instant) 2 lb. powdered sugar 1 lb. salted peanuts Pan size 10 x 15 inch. Melt chips and peanut butter over low heat. Put half of this mixture in a buttered pan and refrigerate. Combine butter, milk and pudding. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Pour over the first chocolate layer and return to the refrigerator. Add salted peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture. Spread over white layer and refrigerate. |
