SPINACH OR BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, risen according to pkg. directions
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, crumbled
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or spinach
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. (18 oz. pkg.) grated Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Oil

Flatten bread dough into a rectangle approximately 15 x 10 inches. Coat heavy bottom frying pan with oil and saute onion. Add sausage and cook until done. Add thawed spinach or broccoli with the garlic and heat. Remove from heat. Thoroughly mix in cheese and egg. Place filling lengthwise down the middle of the dough. Bring sides up to meet and press together to seal. Rub surface very lightly with oil. Turn onto cookie sheet, sealed side down. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
