1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen favorite juice
2 unbeaten egg whites

Mix gelatin, sugar, and salt well. In small saucepan add 1/2 cup water; place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining water and frozen juice. Stir until melted.

Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Add unbeaten egg whites to mixture. Beat until it holds its shape. Spoon into dessert dishes; chill.
