MAMA'S CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
5 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream together butter and shortening; add sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add with milk to other ingredients. Add vanilla and mix well.

Bake for about 80 minutes.
