RICE ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1 1/2-2 c. cooked asparagus, broken into 1" pieces
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tbsp. dried chives

Combine rice and asparagus in bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, mustard, dried parsley and dried chives in a separate bowl. Pour desired amount of oil and vinegar mixture over rice and asparagus. Stir to mix.
