WHEAT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. wheat, washed well & soak overnight
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
15 oz. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cover wheat with water. Cook slowly for 2 hours or in crockpot overnight. Drain and rinse well. Cool. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, pudding, lemon juice and Cool Whip together. Add wheat and refrigerate.
