GF, DF, V, LF, EF, SOYF PANCAKES 
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Lactose Free, Egg Free, Soy Free.

GF SR (Gluten Free Self Rising) flour
coconut milk
sugar
coconut oil, for cooking

This recipe will vary in quantity according to number size.

Place GF/SR flour in mixing bowl, add sugar and pour in coconut milk. Use a whisk to blend ingredients together until mixture is the required consistency.

Use an ice cream scoop to make portions of a consistent size or a ladle any size you like.

Please note that this batter will thicken in the bowl, so it may need to be thinned out.

At cooking time, coconut water can be used to thin batter.
