SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, 2 lb. pkg.
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick butter, melted
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 sm. containers sour cream
Salt

Melt butter. Add to celery soup and 2 containers sour cream. Add salt. Mix together add to hash browns, mix thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
