AUNT EDITH'S CAKE | |
1 can crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans) 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda Mix and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Then top with sauce. SAUCE: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Make sure cream cheese and butter are softened. Mix well and pour over the hot cake. |
