ONION CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked Vidalia onions
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Beat eggs and add to onions, then add sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and 1 cup herb dressing crumbs. Mix and season to taste. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
