NORALE PUDDING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt to taste
Dash of pepper
1 (5 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, cooked and drained

Cream butter and cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and seasonings. Combine this mixture with cooked noodles. Pour in well buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until top and sides are well brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours). Good with almost any meat dish.
