SWISS MOCHA 
1/4 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. instant coffee
2 tbsp. cocoa

Combine all ingredients. Sift or blend until mixed. Use 1 level tbsp. of mix with 6 oz. boiling water for each cup. (Makes 14 (6 oz.) servings.
