CHEESE LOVERS CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup 1 lg. pkg. egg noodles Cook noodles until tender, drain and set aside. Brown hamburger, drain. Add 1/2 pound diced cheese, soups and 1 can water to the hamburger; mix and stir until cheese melts. Place part of this mixture in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Add noodles and mix gently, pour remaining mixture on top. Top with remaining 1/2 pound cheese and bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. |
