CORNMEAL MUSH 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cold water
3 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Bran Buds or wheat germ or both

Mix first 2 ingredients.

Combine next 3 items and add to first mixture. Cook 5 minutes and pour into greased loaf pan. Cover with waxed paper placed directly on loaf. Cool. Cut in slices and brown in skillet. Serve with maple syrup. Yummy!
