SWEET AND SOUR PORK ROAST 
3-4 lb. pork roast
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 lemon, sliced
1 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper

Mix items 2-9 well, pour in large porcelain or glass container, add meat marinate overnight turning at least once. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Put roast on broiler pan or pan with a rack, cook, baste with sweet and sour sauce. Cook until meat thermometer registers done.

Note: If sauce is too tangy add more brown sugar or if it's too sweet add more vinegar.
