SWEDISH VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. carrots, diced 1 1/2 c. cauliflower, cooked 1 1/2 c. peas 1 1/2 c. green beans 1 c. artichoke hearts 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 2/3 c. sharp French dressing (first dressing) DRESSING: 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chili sauce 2 tsp. dry dill seed 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. lemon juice Marinate salad ingredients in French dressing for 1 hour. Drain and mix with dressing. Serves 12 people. |
