GINGERBREAD COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. water or sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 to 5 c. flour, enough to make soft dough

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
