DINNER ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
3/4 c. oil
4 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
8-9 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
8 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, oil and buttermilk. Stir well and be sure oil is blended before adding flour. Mix in 4 cups flour and mix well then add 4-5 cups more flour. Then add salt, baking powder and soda and mix well. Dough is ready to bake.

Have flour on hands and pinch off small amount and shape into balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. No need to let rise before baking. Put in 8 quart bowl and refrigerate. It will keep in an airtight bowl for 6 weeks if sealed.
