1 egg, beaten until fluffy
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. applesauce
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well. Cook on hot griddle and serve with syrup.
