WHIPPED BUTTER 
1/2 lb. sweet butter
1/2 lb. sugar (I prefer 1 3/4 c. powdered)
1 dozen blanched almonds, finely chopped
Grated peel of 2 oranges
1 oz. brandy

Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients in order listed and blend to a smooth paste. Serve for muffins or toast. Wonderful for brunches.
