24 HOUR FRUIT SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
1 tbsp. butter
Dash salt
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. grapes
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. oranges, drained
24 marshmallows, cut in pieces

Cook egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, pineapple syrup, butter and salt in double boiler until thick. Stir constantly; cool. Fold in whipping cream, fruit and marshmallows. Chill 24 hours.
