LIME DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 ice water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. chocolate wafer (cookie) crumbs (1 pkg.)
1/2 c. melted butter
4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

Chill evaporated milk in freezer until ice cold. Chill bowl and beaters. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add ice water; chill until partially set. Whip until fluffy. Stir in sugar and juices. Whip chilled milk; fold into Jello mixture. Combine crumbs and melted butter; press into bottom of 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch pan (bottom measurements). Pour Jello mixture and crumbs. Top with shaved chocolate. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Top with whip, if desired.
