1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt with mayonnaise. Add milk, a small amount at a time, stirring only until dry particles are moistened. Butter small muffin tin, spoon in mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
