CHOW MEIN COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. (3 oz.) butterscotch morsels
1 (3 oz.) can (2 c.) chow mein noodles

In medium pan melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring occasionally. (This can also be done in a microwave.) Remove from heat and stir in noodles. Drop onto wax paper and chill 1-2 hours until firm.

Try experimenting by adding extras, chopped nuts, raisins, chocolate covered-candies, etc.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
