GRILLED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken breasts (approx. 4 breasts)
1/3 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
Lemon/pepper seasoning

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Wash meat and place in dish. Add Worcestershire sauce and marinate for 15 minutes. Place on grill and sprinkle with lemon/pepper seasoning. Cook 10 minutes on each side of until done.

Low fat. Low calorie. Low salt. No cholesterol.
