CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI 
8 chicken breasts
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrot
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and thoroughly drained
Onion powder to taste
Celery powder to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 sliced carrots

Simmer chicken, celery, carrots, bay leaf, salt and pepper until tender. Remove meat from bones.

Arrange broccoli and carrots in 13x9 glass buttered dish. Cover with chicken. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
