QUICK STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 angel food cake from bakery
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix lemon juice and Eagle Brand then Cool Whip and berries. Separate cake, making 2 layers. Spoon some mixture on 1 layer, put other layer on and spread cake with remaining mixture.
