PINCH ME CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3 cans buttermilk biscuits
Bundt pan

Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 stick butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Set aside. Mix 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar in large plastic bag.

Cut each biscuit into quarters. Shake biscuits in cinnamon-sugar mixture a few at a time. Layer in greased and floured Bundt pan. Spoon butter sauce over first layer. Repeat. Pour any remaining sauce over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious for breakfast!
