PERSIMMON COOKIES 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. persimmon pulp
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Cream egg, pulp, butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Add raisins and nuts. Bake on greased sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
