PEAR SALAD 
1 lg. can pears
1 lg. box lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. Cool Whip

Drain pears - using juice, boil and add Jello, then cream cheese and stir to blend; add water and cool. Cut pears in bottom of dish and then add Cool Whip to mixture and pour over pears. Chill until firm.
