DAR'S WILD RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken
4 c. cooked wild rice (1 c. uncooked)
2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. cashews
1 c. water chestnuts

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Combine first 5 ingredients and then toss with dressing. Serves 6 to 8.
