SHRIMP SCAMPY 
30 raw shrimp
1/2 lb. butter, melted
8 or more garlic buds, chopped
4 tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, paprika

Clean butterfly shrimp. Place on cookie sheet with edge. Blend all ingredients except shrimp. Shrimp on pan in one layer. Pour mixture over shrimp. Broil 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
