STIR FRY 
2 lb. beef, pork, veal or chicken
Peanut oil
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. bean sprouts
1 lg. green pepper
2 onions
Soy sauce
14 oz. can baby corn
4 stalks celery
Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods, green onions and tops, green beans, cabbage (optional)
2 cloves garlic

Brown meat with onions and garlic in peanut oil. Put in soy sauce to taste and stir fry the remaining vegetables, starting with the hardest and working up to bean sprouts. Serve over rice or fried noodles.
