CORN FRITTERS 
2 c. fritter corn, drained
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (yolks and whites beaten separately)
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients, adding beaten egg whites last. Fry in deep hot fat using wire basket as for donuts. To fry on griddle, add 1/2 cup more milk.
