CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. ground pecans

Crumble together and pat into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

Beat together: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip from 9 oz. carton
