LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Blend ingredients well. Press evenly into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until light brown.

FILLING:

4 beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
7 tbsp. lemon juice (about 1 1/2 lemons)
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix together and place over cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut while still warm. May be frozen.
