CARROT SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. canned pineapple juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. pecan pieces
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Mix and add nuts, carrots and pineapple. Chill until firm.
